Quality Standards

To reinforce our commitment to quality, our Quality Management System (QMS) is externally audited to ISO 9001:2015.

We have chosen Alcumus, a UKAS accredited company, as our certification partner.

Quality Management System

The management is committed to the continuous improvement of the QMS through establishing and reviewing quality objectives which cover all areas of our operations. These objectives ensure that we operate effectively and efficiently and result in our customer needs being met or exceeded.

These quality objectives are communicated throughout the business, at all levels, to ensure that everyone is actively contributing towards total customer satisfaction.

The internal QMS is under constant review and development to ensure we have the capability to meet the requirements of the approved codes and standards we work to, our own internal standards, and the needs of our customers.

The QMS system details all aspects of our work scopes from enquiry, order, design, manufacture, and product realisation on site. 

This system is internally and externally audited at regular intervals including, purchasing, design, operations, workshop fabrication and on-site production.

This auditing process allows us to ensure that our work is always to the highest industry standards.

Customer Interaction

Contact with customers is maintained and supported by documented procedures and includes opportunities for customers to provide feedback and contribute to the maintenance and development of a quality focused ethos within the company via a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
